Film: Reading FC present at the OptaPro German Conference

Earlier this year, OptaPro ran its first conference in Germany.

The one-day event comprised presentations covering match analysis, recruitment and the implementation of more advanced metrics. Three At The Back, the podcast from OptaPro, reviewed the event and can be listened to here.

Jason Lawson of Reading FC delivered a presentation at the event. Reading’s head of recruitment and analysis discussed his approach to live opposition scouting and reporting.

Andy Blake and Peter Clark of Leicester City Football Club also delivered a presentation on opposition analysis, and this can be viewed here.

More presentations from the event will be published over the coming weeks.
